Start with lightweight luggage - no duh, right?
NUEVO VALLARTA, Nayarit, Mexico - Sylvia and I have learned - the hard way, of course - that traveling as light as possible is really the only way to travel.
If you are traveling in a warm climate and dragging a suitcase on wheels that weighs 49.9 pounds, forget it.
You need to be able to carry your bags easily and by yourself.
